The team has taken on the large project of bringing the Ourimbah Campus back to it's former glory and the workmanship has been of the highest standard, the buildings and grounds have attracted many a comment of praise from the wider community.

Glason has been working with the Sydney International Aquatic Centre to overcome a long term problem of cleaning our tiles, which in turn had a very porous surface allowing dirt and body fats to be locked into the tile surface.

Glason has been working with the Sydney International Aquatic Centre to overcome a long term problem of cleaning our tiles, which in turn had a very porous surface allowing dirt and body fats to be locked into the tile surface.
During the past 3 ½ years many well known chemical companies and their chemists have attempted to come up with a solution that would release this dirt out of our tiles, however none were successful. This was until Glason introduced themselves and brought their expertise to us.
Glason's chemist developed a chemical solution which brought the tile surface back to its original state. They also applied a sealer that prevented the dirt re-entering the tile surface, and provided our cleaners with an ongoing chemical solution which was more cost effective than their usual method of cleaning. Glason did what other companies boasted about, but could not deliver.
I have no hesitation in recommending Glason to any company requiring professional cleaning advice, delivery of service and back-up support once the job is complete.

As discussed, the trial of "KN Clean" product at KFC Reservoir has received restaurant management endorsement and with this a request for additional supply. Please forward two (2) 5kg container direct to KFC Reservoir with invoice forwarded to R&M Melbourne.

The endorsement is not only in it's ability to maintain clean and non slip terrazite flooring, with minimal effort but also highlights the products economical secondary ability to maintain flowing floor waste drainage.
FYI, R&M data base indicates KFC Reservoir drain blockages were an habitual winter expenditure which hadn't appeared this winter until "trial" stock ran out, since then drains have blocked twice.
Please advise delivery schedule.

In my previous role as National Refrigeration Engineering Supervisor of Franklins Ltd., I experienced Glason's approach to work as being highly efficient, consistently productive and always customer focused. Glason's capabilities have contributed significantly to the success of the maintenance department and their diligence in always giving their best has long been recognised by all levels of Franklins management.
As of my appointment in Dec 99 to the role of National Maintenance Manager of Franklins, my appreciation of Glason's as a versatile and integral contractor for the Maintenance Group has been further confirmed by their continued professionalism. In a working environment responsible for the maintenance of almost 300 supermarkets across Australia, the competencies, resilience and attitudes of even the best contractors are tested on a daily basis. Kyndek Pty Ltd is a specialist food retailer selling a range of fresh and hot chicken products. We have 10 retail stores throughout Newcastle and the Central Coast with over 270 staff. We have been associated with the Glasson Group for some years now as they are our primary suppliers of cleaning chemicals and cleaning hardware.
Kyndek Pty Ltd is a specialist food retailer selling a range of fresh and hot chicken products. We have 10 retail stores throughout Newcastle and the Central Coast with over 270 staff. We have been associated with the Glasson Group for some years now as they are our primary suppliers of cleaning chemicals and cleaning hardware.
In 2000 the Glasson Group worked with us to develop a cleaning chemical that suited our business needs to help us improve cleaning effectiveness, ensure workplace safety and reduce chemical waste. After a period of development and in-store trials the final product was released to our stores in 2001. One of the key benefits to this new cleaning program was that it was primarily the same chemical used in all aspects of cleaning but to differing concentrations.
The new cleaning program meant that we could cut down on all other chemicals in-store, it reduced the risk of chemical injuries and it streamlined our in-store cleaning process. In conjunction with the new chemical program Glasson's also helped us review our cleaning hardware needs. This co-ordinated approach meant that we now had a cleaning program that integrated with our business needs.
Once the final cleaning products were decided and the different concentrations produced, the Glasson Group went to each store individually to walk the staff through the new cleaning regime. This was a key part of this new cleaning program as training was integral to the program's success. The fact that all cleaning products were now tailored to us and were Chickadee signature products also made it easier for our staff to recognise and use.
After the products were released to stores the Glasson Group sent out a newsletter to our store staff reminding them of how to use the new products, they contacted and visited stores for feedback and they kept Kyndek management informed of the programs developments - great follow up service!
Since 2001 I am pleased to report a significant decrease in slips, trips and falls and other related injuries, which can be linked to the new cleaning program. The cleaning products produced by Glasson's have worked very well in meeting our high food safety and sanitation standards.
In 2002 the Glasson Group addressed our store management team on how to use chemicals effectively in-store, a timely reminder to keep managers on track. In 2003 representatives of the Glasson Group again went to each of our stores and addressed staff on the correct use of chemicals. This value-added and hands-on approach to working with Kyndek and our staff is extremely helpful to use from an occupational health and safety, food safety and cost perspective.

With a strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety we had KN Clean on trial early in 1999 to see if it would reduce the amount of staff slips on our busy restaurant floors. We were amazed at the results and immediately changed to this product. Over the next few months we were happy to record a reduction of slips by 90% and found the staff were very please with the ease they were able to clean the floors compared to other products.

After our Directors signed a National deal with a major chemical company, we were requested to change to their floor-cleaning product. Our slips rose in numbers again and staff reported back that the cleanliness of the floors had deteriorated. Numerous attempt of different products they had to offer were unsatisfactory finding none better than KN Clean. Reporting the facts back to our directors they allowed us to return to KN Clean.
I have always found the customer service that Denis and Josh have provided to be at a high standard and I am sure our association with both the company and product will continue in the years to come.
